Grant Parker of Design Review Administrators, LLC has been contracted by the La Reserve Community Association to serve as the provider of design review and construction compliance services throughout the Community. He will also be assisting the Architectural Committee with large alterations, additions, and improvements.
It is important to note the amount of time that evolves from submittal to the beginning of new construction varies. While postings of projects for review are timely, from approval of final plans, permits obtained from the Town of Oro Valley, to the preconstruction meeting, months have passed. While all the requirements are specifically explained at the preconstruction meeting, issues will arise. Any conflicts should be directed to Dick Holloway, Controlled Access Manager and Construction Site Supervisor through the LRCA Management Office or Gatehouse Attendant.
Construction continues on the initial seven units by Pusch Ridge Properties, LLC, in the development of the 49 Mirabella Villas along Pusch Wilderness Drive. Review of architectural details and the Pusch Wilderness Drive interface are ongoing with the Committee. The Mirabella entryway and signage located beyond the North Gate was reviewed by the Committee and has since been completed. New Subdivision Signage approved for the easternmost beginning of property for sale purposes.
The ongoing development of the 237 acres of property known as Ponticello, beyond the North Gate across the bridge by Jack Schoof, Electronic Communities/Benchmark Homes continues. In January 2007, the Committee reviewed conceptual plans for the entry to the bridge; approved the project from the visual architectural aspect; and made recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding development of the intersection, public safety, and compliance with Oro Valley regulatory conditions. Again in July 2008, the Committee reviewed conceptual plans for additions to the entryway including signage to Ponticello; approved the project from the visual architectural aspect; and made recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding development of the intersection, public safety, and compliance with Oro Valley regulatory conditions.
The stone veneer proposed for the exterior of the North Gatehouse was approved to compliment already existing stonework and application at this location.
Discussion pertaining to the Revised Plant List took place at the January 9th, 2007 LRCA Residents’ Council Meeting. Responses from the Community were received and additional details were worked on by La Reserve Residents and the LRAC. The Revised Plant List was approved by the LRCA Board of Directors at the May 19, 2008 Meeting. The Listing will be posted to the La Reserve Websites and incorporated into the LRCA Design Guidelines.

It is important to note the amount of time that evolves from submittal to the beginning of new construction varies. While postings of projects for review are timely, from approval of final plans, permits obtained from the Town of Oro Valley, to the preconstruction meeting, months have passed. While all the requirements are specifically explained at the preconstruction meeting, issues will arise. Any conflicts should be directed to Dick Holloway, Controlled Access Manager and Construction Site Supervisor through the LRCA Management Office or Gatehouse Attendant.
Framing for initial seven units in progress by Pusch Ridge Properties, LLC, in the development of the 49 condominium units along Pusch Wilderness Drive. Changes to the final plat approved by the Town of Oro Valley. Review of architectural details and the Pusch Wilderness Drive interface are ongoing with the Committee. The ongoing development of the 237 acres of property beyond the Wilderness III/North Gate across the bridge by Jack Schoof, Electronic Communities/Benchmark Homes continues. Final plat approval of the remaining 101 lots has been received from the Town of Oro Valley. In January 2007, the Committee reviewed conceptual plans for the entry to the bridge; approved the project from the visual architectural aspect; and made recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding development of the intersection, public safety, and compliance with Oro Valley regulatory conditions.
LRCA Legal Counsel has recommended incorporating the Revised Plant List, the Design Review Process Overview, and the LRAC Appeals Process with the La Reserve Design Guidelines. Discussion pertaining to the Revised Plant List took place at the January 9th, 2007 LRCA Residents’ Council Meeting. Responses from the Community have been received and additional details are to be worked on by La Reserve Residents and the LRAC. Further updates will be posted to the La Reserve Websites as this information becomes available.
